Compared to other floorplan apps, i still find this app to be the easiest to use. The last few updates were very helpful. Keep up the good work.

I purchased this a few years ago to plan a remodel. It was the best of what I was able to find and it got the job done. That being said, it was buggy. It would crash and responsiveness was sometimes miserable. Now a few years later, I fired it up hoping for improvements. It still crashes. And responsiveness is still an issue. But it gets worse -- the features were actually fewer. Where are the objects? The fixtures, furniture, and decorations? I can copy and paste them from old plans, but they are no longer part of the feature set. Then I saw the 3D add on. Ah, they are probably there so the developers could make a few extra bucks. I made the purchase. Nope. I emailed the developer in confusion, but I never received a reply. So, to review, years have passed, fundamentals havent improved, features have been reduced, and the app costs more. Im afraid I have to recommend that you look elsewhere.

This was until recently one of the most useful apps I had. Recently it has become close to useless as it constantly crashes when you try to zoom in. It is not possible to do much work without zooming in so essentially the app has gone from most useful to useless. Support is non existent.

App works great however needs a greater stability, app keeps on errors with the electrical symbols add-in. I just hope all my work is not gone to the trash. Please fix that bug.

I have an iPad Pro and this app is completely unstable. It closes unexpected all the time. It often wont save your work when it closes. I have put several hours into a project and now it freezes every time I try to move a room to a different location. I cant finish my project now! Do not buy this app under any circumstance.

With the update is crashing

The product I received did not have most of the functions and options advertised in the App Store. While watching their how to videos, I realized the options they say to click on, I didnt have. Nothing in app about having to get those options, their website indicates the options should be there in the app. Tried contacting customer service, so far, no response.

Used to use this app almost daily. Latest update has rendered it useless, wont even open. I cannot in good faith recommend any company that doesnt test its updates before releasing, as these folks obviously didnt.

What the heck did you guys do?

I actually did enjoy the ease of this App before they ruined it. Was in the middle of finishing a project... Then the update. Now its useless. Found a more solid app now.

UPDATE: ...now on iOS 8.1 and with latest update to FloorplansPro, I can finally create/open, edit and export the floor plan that I purchased this app to draw. Stay tuned, but so far so good. I really should have heeded the reviews. I have an iOS 8, 8.0.2 I think, on an iPad Air. This app will not even open a file to let me start - at all! Ouch. They got my money and I got nowhere. And it seems that support emails do not even rate a reply. Look elsewhere for this app will not help. No stars will not send - so, reluctantly I rate it at one.

Wont open old files and crashes on import of PDFs. iOS 8 on an iPad Air 2.

Before the update this app would crash whenever I tried to rename floor plans. After the update it crashes whenever I try and export or email the floor plans. Please fix this! It was a good app but now its basically useless too me.

Just updated again for bug fixes. Still crashes when opening files. Still junk now. It crashes constantly now. PLEASE FIX! Im looking for another floor plan app. THIS ONE IS JUNK NOW!! Every update and fix mucks this app up. I cant rely on this for my business anymore.

This is a disappointment. The interface is not as described in the Help Files/Documentation. There is no Calibration Function available as described in the documentation. The Print and Share Functions do not work. I sent an e-mail to the developer and received not response. So in addition to the poor software there is poor customer support. This is a terrible software package. I want my money back.

I have been using this app for the past year with great success. I was very excited to see that they were coming out with some much needed updates, so I installed them right away. They are not ready for prime time. The app does not delete old sketches properly and crashes on opening most of the time. There is also an issue with naming new sketches as well as finding the space to rename old sketches. There is yet another issue with the "Label" feature in the sketch, you cant edit it. They did do a quick fix after the 2.0 update which seems to have resolved the items drop down list issue, but its not ready. I really hope they can get it together because this is an invaluable tool to me in the water damage restoration industry. With such a wonderful app I hope they havent messed things up beyond repair. 11/18/14 They seem to have bricked it again. Cant output any reports.

Nice interface, easy to use. Symbols, furnishing icons a bit limited, could use some additional for the rooms, example does not have icon for garage doors. 3d option is additional cost. Also when placing furnishings does not give dimensions of the object from walls etc. for proper location of furniture.

Expensive, doesnt work, and the accessories are pitiful. After purchasing I found it useless for a simple bathroom remodel. Save your money. Get Punch!

newest update just keeps crashing. happened in some of the other updates...boo....love this program ...just not the crashes

Very few furniture or appliance options for the money spent. No way to change colors of walls or floors or anything. I know it says to double tap on a wall in 3d mode but you can only double tap so often before you realize it doesnt work. Complete waste of money.
