Pretty Good App with Room for Improvement

This app is easy to learn and use, particularly for a non-drafting professional. There is room for improvement, though, particularly in the objects such as furniture that are available for selection. For example, you can select a toaster but there is no option to select kitchen tables and chairs individually. 3D would also be nice, although I did receive an email in April saying this was planned for a future release in a few months.

With regard to support, at first, emails were responded to in a timely manner, but the last support request I submitted was on August 13, 2012 with a status of "serious bug" that "happens often" and I have not not yet received a response (their auto email states a response time of 24 hours). Perhaps they are really busy with support requests, but if this is the case it would be helpful to change the auto email to accurately reflect the true response time.

Overall, this is a useful application that I will continue to use, and I look forward to future enhancements.
