Syncing is querky, read on...

Works basically well but then I got about done with my house plan and thought to sync via iCloud it to my newer iPad, and it DELETED my hard work.
....BUT, then when I turned "Sync to iCloud" off, and then on again, on both ipads, all drawings came back in good shape.
It does crash frequently.
It would be nice to finally get additional 3D-oriented items to use instead of having to look at boxes pretending to be a car or different simple items. More industry specific items would be great too.
Also, frequently doors, counters, plants, etc. shrink to 2" tall without even touching them. So you may have to respecify the heights many times in a session. Pretty odd time waster.
Word to the wise, save 2 backups per layout file.
