App hangs frequently

I was about 2 hours into drawing the entire floor plan of a new house we purchased and all of a sudden anytime I try to add a room or draw a wall the app just hangs. Im I have to force quit the application and changes arent saved. I read the support page and tried everything on their list of things to try and it didnt help. At this point if I start a new floor plan and add a room it still hangs. This was a complete waste of $14.
